The Claremont Jets Annual General Meeting took place on Thursday, 12th May, 2022.
The outgoing Board reported having achieved several goals for the season. Two highlighted goals include the Men’s and Juniors’ teams making the Semi-finals and the inaugural season of the Women’s Team to the club! The club is pleased to report that we are in a strong financial position with positive signs and aspirations for the club’s future.
There was an open discussion for feedback about the 21/22 season and how our new Women’s team found their experience so far at the Jets. This discussion articulated how the Jets have a positive club culture and how proud the Board is of our Women’s team’s achievements this season.
Elections for executive positions and general board members were held. The outcomes from these elections are:
- President: Kipp Crosby
- Vice President: Ethan Wren
- Treasurer: Alex Horley
- Secretary and Women’s Team Representative: Marie Rowe
- Social Media & Marketing: Andrew McGuire
- General Board: Christian Horsley, Dougy Hartnell, Felicia Le Boydre, Gerrit Boogerd, Harry Fry, Harvey Wiggett, Torren Honda, Travis McGuire
