Claremont Jets Gridiron are proud to announce our new Defensive Coordinator and Import Coach, Michael Mattingly. Originally from Ashburn, Virginia, Michael is currently Head Coaching for the Seinäjoki Crocodiles in the Finnish Maple League, before heading down to Perth to link up with the Jets for season 2019-2020.
Hugely connected throughout Europe and North America, Michael brings a wealth of football knowledge and connections to the Jets and together we look forward to the coming season!

“I am very excited to work with the jets and go down under during the Australian season. It should be an exciting time getting to know the guys and spreading the game of football. As for the 2019/2020 season we expect to be much improved from last season and fight for a playoff spot. It will not be easy and nothing will be given to us but with the local talent we have and coaches which I hear good things about plus the addition of a few imports the jets should be flying high this season.”
